A lot of my clients have complex lifestyle requirements as well as a passion to improve their physical wellbeing and pursue an active lifestyle. Many of my clients include business owners, lawyers, doctors, consultant engineers, property developers etc., requiring an adaptive approach that harmonises their physical goals with their lifestyle. It might surprise you that these are actually my favourite clients as, being a scientific researcher, bodybuilder and coach, I completely understand the importance of compromise.
I believe one of my greatest assets to my clients is my role as an educator. Unfortunately, the industry is laiden with "coaches" (said very loosely) who take a dismissive attitude to having their methods questioned, often telling clients to follow their methods blindly. I pride myself in my ability to explain every aspect of a plan to my clients, allowing them to ascribe value to their journey which ultimately results in greater consistency, engagement and enjoyment - three key factors to success in any long term pursuit.
As a scientist, I have a keen attention to detail and specialise in bodybuilding and body recomposition. However, whether you want to compete or simply want to be a little fitter and healthier whilst enjoying the finer things in life, I welcome all challenges and enjoy working with clients from all walks of life, with any goal.
